    Description: 
    Four statues flanking the East and West entrances to the old Federal Building. Each statue is a seated classical female figure with a cloth draped over the back of their respective chairs. Industry holds a sledge resting on an anvil in her proper right hand. Agriculture holds a sheaf of wheat in her proper right hand. Literature holds an unfurled scroll across her lap. Justice holds a sword in her proper left hand, with blade pointed downward.
