    Description: 
    Standing life-size figure of Lincoln, set on a pedestal, facing north. Lincoln's proper left hand is on his lapel. There is a tree stump on his proper right with an axe leaning up against it. Lincoln's proper right hand holds a book and rests on top of the stump.
