Inscriptions on the limestone casings flanking the entrance below the relief name seven church trustees, the architect's name (Warner Wasson), and the dedication date on one side, and on the other side, a religious passage and names of three administrative leaders of the church (Right Rev. John G. Bennett, Bishop; Edgar J. Cyr, Pastor; Charles Mulle, Assistant Pastor).
