Description:
Standing Fatima with her arms outstretched and a heart over her chest on the outside of her clothing. She looks down upon a grouping of three children, one boy and two girls, who kneel in a prayer in front of her. There are also two lambs, one on each end of the children. The northern lamb is lying down; the southern lamb stands.
