    Description: 
    Three low relief panels installed on the third floor of the north side of the building. The left panel shows a shirtless, standing male figure operating a printing press. The printing press is represented by several large and small rollers with a narrow belt threaded around them. The figure faces the viewer and holds a printing plate in front of himself with both hands. The center panel contains an eagle with its wings spread standing on the seal of the Government Printing Office. The right panel shows a shirtless, standing male figure unloading rolls of newsprint. His back is to the viewer as he grasps a large roll with both of his hands.
