    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was a gift from Mildred and Arnold Glimcher in memory of Sumner Z. Cooper, Mildred Gilmcher's father, and in honor of the graduation of their son Marc, Class of 1985. Arnold Glimcher, owner of the Pace Gallery in New York, was the artist's dealer. IAS files contain a press release dated May 15, 1985, announcing the dedication of the sculpture; an article from the Harvard Gazette, June 6, 1985; and an article from Harvard University's publication, Arts Spectrum, April 1991.
