    Description: 
    Two allegorical reliefs, one depicting Law and one depicting Justice, are installed on the facade of the William Penn Annex. Law is a relief of Moses seated with his proper right arm resting on a column adorned with a ring of stars. A symbolic eagle and two thunderbolts are in the background of the relief. Justice is a relief of a seated female figure holding a flaming lantern instead of the traditional scales of justice. A symbolic eagle is in the background of the relief.
