Dimensions:  2 reliefs. Each: approx. H. 2 ft. W. 2 ft. Description:  The mask of tragedy is a relief of a face over the east entrance on the north facade of the library. The mask of comedy is a relief of a face over the west entrance on the north facade of the library. The face of tragedy has a furrowed brow and an open mouth. The face of comedy has a open smiling mouth. Both faces have deep set eyes, long curly hair, beards, and moustaches.
