    Remarks:
The 1974 Goode publication contains an image of the "Westminster Statute" panel. The 2008 Goode publication contains an image of the Magna Carta panel. It is worth noting that Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story did not participate in the Marbury vs. Madison opinion, nor any other involving the invalidating of acts of Congress, and he was not a member of the Supreme Court until eight years after the Marbury vs. Madison decision was made by Marshall.
