    Description: 
    Two six-tiered flagpole bases from which rises a fluted column with an eagle on top. The octagonal-shaped base tier is decorated with reliefs of drapery. The second tier has reliefs depicting of a shield and a pattern of leaves and flowers. The relief on the third tier is a thorn motif. On the fourth tier the relief depicts shells and dolphins. The fifth tier is adorned with reliefs of cherubs with symbols of justice, swags, and medallions. The sixth tier contains reliefs of acanthus leaves and pine cones. Snails are depicted in relief on the seventh tier. The eighth tier is an egg-and-dart molding. The ninth tier is a pattern of palmettes.
