Three quarter-inch-thick steel plates reinforced with ribs and gussets sit on five points as if they were really almost weightless. They are joined overhead to two huge soaring steel arches that first meld together and then spring wide before tapering down as they near the ground. The sculpture is painted red. Each point rests on a small low base.
