    Formerly located Central Fire Station, Council Bluffs, Iowa until 1971.
    Remarks: 
    The sculptor was a local jeweler who was fond of the fire department and firefighters, and created the figure when he retired. The figure's previous location, the Central Fire Station, was torn down for urban renewal in June, 1971, and the figure was relocated then to its present location.
