    Concrete panel portraying an abstract landscape of mountains bordering the sea. Dark and light gray concrete help to distinguish the design, which is framed by light and dark bands of concrete. The panel is set directly in concrete pavement on the ground.

    Remarks: 
    This panel reproduces a painting by Stokes. The art work is one of ten at the Viewpoint submitted by different artists at the request of Seattle architect Victor Steinbrueck. Steinbrueck designed the overall outlook installation, and with the help of Olympia Stone Company, translated the submitted designs into concrete. All of the works were done in tribute to Betty Bowen (d. 1977), a supporter of local artists.
