Tim
Hodgdon
. The sculpture was cast at the J. F. Hodgkins Foundry. The oars of the dory, set at rest, represent a lost fisherman. Nearby plaque lists names of fishermen lost at sea, dates, and names of vessels. The sculpture is lit at night and decorated at Christmas. IAS files contain related articles from the Boothbay Register, June 30, 1983; Oct. 13, 1983; and Oct. 20, 1983.
