Description:
Bronze relief plaque with a portrait of Father Studzinski in ecclesiastical clothes and an inscription below. The bronze plaque is installed on a granite stele which is placed on a low granite base.

Remarks:
Father Studzinski was born in Silesia, Poland, a coal mining town near the German border, on February 12, 1887. He immigrated to the U.S. after he was ordained in 1911. He served as pastor of Greenpoint's St. Stanislaus Kosta Church from June 1935 until his death in December 1954.
