Description:
Environmental assemblage sculpture consists of low walls with niches which contain individual stones and memorabilia relating to Theodore Roosevelt. Originally, 24 accompanying plaques gave the relevance of the objects, each with a sentence from Roosevelt's biography written by
Brorstrom
. (Only five plaques remain). There are other stones and benches which, along with the sculpture, form a square.

The sculpture was originally installed in Great Neck, New York in 1922. It was moved to Oyster Bay in 1947 and rededicated with a plaque in 1991. IAS files contain the text of the five remaining plaques.
