Bronze on pink granite base.

The figure of Perry stands erect, legs spread. He looks up the Lake as if he were viewing the approach of a hostile fleet. His right hand grasps his sword--the blade now broken off. His shirt is open at the throat and his wide trousers seem whipped by a breeze.
