    Description: 
    Bust of Moore rests atop a square granite column base. On the front of the base is a plaque depicting a harp or lyre draped in fabric, several olive and palm branches, two books, a sunburst, and a scroll with an inscription. Another inscription appears on the base just below the bronze plaque.
