    Description: 
    A standing portrait of George Washington wearing his regimental jacket is in installed on a rectangular granite base just inside the arches of the Tower of Victory. He holds a sword in his proper left hand and rests his proper right hand on the hilt of the sword. The Tower of Victory is a huge stone structure adorned on each corner with bronze figures representing the four branches of the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War.
