To the right is Memory, a full-length female with braided hair. She wears a long robe and holds up a palm leaf in her proper left hand. To her right is Peace, a full-length female with braided hair. She wears a long robe and holds an olive branch in her proper right hand and a dove in her proper left hand. The next figure is Victory, a male figure wearing a helmet and a medallion around his neck. He holds a laurel wreath in his proper left hand and a small orb with a figure of winged victory in his proper right hand. The next figure is that of Liberty, a full-length female figure with bound hair and a crown of rays. She holds a torch in her proper left hand and an unidentified object in her proper right hand. The sixth figure, Patriotism, is a full-length bare-chested male wearing a long cloak. He holds a stars-and-stripes shield in front of him. In addition to the figures, there are numerous fanciful carvings, urns and four Egyptian-styled lions on the front facade of the building.
