    Remarks: 
    A bronze replica of a marble statue carved by Walcutt and unveiled in Cleveland's Public Square in 1860 (now at Gordon Park, Cleveland). Oliver Hazard Perry, a native Rhode Islander, defeated the British in the battle of Lake Erie during the War of 1812. The pedestal on which the piece stands was originally intended for a light fixture.
